Items returned unopened in original packaging may be returned within 30 days with no restocking fee.

Opened Items — 30 Days
Opened accessories may be returned within 30 days subject to a 15% restocking fee.
New Instruments
Guitars, Basses & Amplifiers — 14 Days
New instruments may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee.
- Applies to: electric guitars, acoustic guitars, bass guitars, and amplifiers
- Instrument must be in acceptable condition with no scratches, dings, or modifications
- 15% restocking fee applied to all returns
Used Instruments & Vintage Gear
All sales final — no returns or warranty on used or vintage gear
- We carefully inspect all used gear and accurately communicate known issues
- Play and inspect items thoroughly before purchase
- All used sales are final once you leave the store
Repairs & Services
30-Day Guarantee
All repair work and maintenance services are guaranteed for 30 days from completion.
- Includes: setups, fret work, electronics repair, refinishing, and modifications
- String changes are excluded from this guarantee
- We will re-service or refund labor charges if the issue relates to our work
- Guarantee does not cover new damage or normal wear
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items within the applicable return period.
- Same restocking fees apply as standard returns
- No exchanges allowed on used instrument purchases
Defective Merchandise
If you receive a defective item, we will make it right.
- Contact us immediately upon discovering the defect
- Manufacturer defects: full refund or replacement with no restocking fee
